What we collect

When you submit the contact form we process the name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, and message you provide, together with the date and your consent. Our anti-spam provider may also process your IP address.

Purpose & legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] afterwards, then deleted.

Recipients & transfers

Your data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and is not sold or shared for marketing. This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which processes technical data (including your IP address) under Google's Privacy Policy and may transfer it to servers outside the EU.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to its rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@haklodesign.com.

Complaints

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority — Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
